The Pope will bless the Tower of Jesus at the Sagrada Familia

One of the most anticipated moments of the visit will be the inauguration and blessing of the Tower of Jesus Christ at the Sagrada Familia, which at 172.5 metres will be the tallest of the basilica. The event coincides with the centenary of Antoni Gaudí’s death in 2026, and is part of his beatification process.
